I agree - don't ask me what I think about something in class...it doesn't matter what I think. In fact, I don't think anything! Just TELL me what I'm supposed to think, that's what I'll write down, and that's what I'll give you on the final.
Yeah, during 1L I see the reason for it, but by now I know how to think like a lawyer so either teach me something valuable or let me go.
