Here's a rather confusing multistate example where all four answer choices are technically incorrect. However, my process of elimination alternative (D) is the 'best of the worst.'
Go to Hell PMBR Property Explanations. Go to Hell.

Well yes, of course. When you're out practicing, you always want to rely on technically incorrect law. Nothing says "brilliant" like citing caselaw that has been overturned.

The bar exam sucks like nothing else. Hang in there.

I think I just answered that question last night. And I was proud I was unable to find the best of the worst - whatever that means.
