Uh oh...I'd guess things aren't going great if you are updating from the hearing. Wha' happened?
Well originally it was scheduled for one afternoon. Then when it was adjourned at my request opposing counsel insisted we have 2 afternoons. Today was the 2nd afternoon and only one party has finished testifying.
I think it's going a bit better now. But the first day was rough.
at least you're doing some cool stuff rather than doc review as a 1st year :)
