I GOT AN INTERVIEW...

Granted, it's with the prosecutor's office (I'm not really sure I'd even want the job given my beliefs). But, regardless, I'm happy to have an interview.

Let us know if they ask you any funny unethical questions.

Like, they'll ask, "What would you do if you knew a police officer was lying in his testimony? Or asked you, what do you want me to say?"

And you'll be like, "Um, well, I wouldn't let him testi-lie."

And they'll be like, "NO! YOU'RE WRONG! NO JOB FOR YOU!"

let us know if that happens

If they didn't let cops lie, then how could a cop ever be a witness?

=)

Good luck, or how did it go? Whichever is more applicable at this point.

I haven't had it yet-it's next week. I'm really struggling with how to answer even the most remedial questions like "Why do you want to work here?"

I don't think they'd like me answering that I'm hoping it'll help me get out of tickets.

How about "So I can pick up guys with my badge?" Assuming they get badges.

Maybe that would be a good question when they ask if you have any questions. "Um... when would I get my badge?"

Haha-actually everyone who I've told an interview with the prosecutors office (including the guy who is bad for me) has been like, so will you be able to get me out of any sort of trouble?

I think that would be a good question, "What kind of leeway will I be able to afford to my friends who are not the most productive members of society?"
